I won't dare to smoke after this!

I have been a smoker since I was seventeen and I really find it hard to quit. I have visited a dentist (Memphis-based)to have some teeth cleaning, too bad the dentist in Memphis told me that he can only do some temporary restoration, and the best thing to do is to quit. I wish I could!
